General Terms

The terms and conditions described in this document apply to the fd333 platform and all services under it. By visiting the fd333 website, opening an account, or using any service, these terms become binding on you.

The Bengali version of these terms is the final and authoritative version. Eligibility and Registration

Identity Verification

fd333 reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Failure to complete verification in a timely manner may result in a temporary account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

If an account is registered with false information, it will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Management

You are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. Your password should not be shared with anyone, and changing your password regularly is a safe practice.

• Keep your account login details confidential — do not share them with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• The payment method registered to your account must belong to you alone.
• Operating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is prohibited.

Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact our support team to reactivate an inactive account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals at fd333. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Funds deposited must come only from an account or mobile banking registered in your own name.
• Deposits from any payment method registered under a third party's name are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.

Bonuses and Promotions

fd333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain specific games may contribute to wagering calculations at different rates.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• If bonus abuse, coordinated betting (arbitrage), or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• fd333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting Policy

The following betting policies must be followed while playing at fd333. All outcomes are determined by an impartial random number generator (RNG).

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game remains undetermined due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game, fd333's decision will be considered final.
• In the case of live betting, fd333 will not be held responsible for any disruption to the internet connection.

Sports Betting (Cricket and Others)

When betting on sporting events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events, the set odds and rules must be followed. If an event is postponed or abandoned, the amount wagered on the relevant bet will be refunded.

Fishing and Casino Games

When placing bets on fishing and casino games including Mega Fishing and JILI, the specific rules of each game will apply. If the connection is lost during a game session, the game state is saved on the server and it may be possible to continue from where you left off after the connection is restored.

Prohibited Activities

Any user involved in the following activities will have their account immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited:

• Opening an account under a false identity or using someone else's information.
• Operating multiple accounts or using accounts of members of the same household in a coordinated manner.
• Strategic betting to take advantage of the bonus system (bonus arbitrage).
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software or game systems.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting a cyberattack or hacking against the platform.

Privacy and Data

By opening your account, you consent to fd333 using your information for the following purposes:

Closure at fd333's Initiative

fd333 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or committing fraud.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• A court order or legal obligation.

In the case of account closure for legitimate reasons, any valid balance will be returned after a thorough investigation.
